There so much talk about steel bicycle frames being so comfy and how they reduce vibrations. I’ve recently realised how flexy my aluminium CX frame is compared to my titanium gravel and road frames. Really odd. 🚲

I’ve been looking for a way to reduce my dependence on pre-packaged energy bars when I ride. 🚴🏻♂️ These things might do the trick and appear to be very easy to prepare. I might even infuse them with coffee syrup.

Went for a nice afternoon ride on Swift Wind yesterday. At 15 °C it was likely the last time I got to wear cycling shorts this year. Did one of my quick, local rounds up to St. Märgen and St. Peter. The new wheels performed very well. 🚲 📷
Yesterday I washed a bunch of new merino wool clothes I splurged on during a pre-Black Friday sale last week. The entire basement smells like wet sheep now.
