Good on Peak Design for calling out Amazon’s shady practices with their “Amazon Basics” products. What Amazon built here is almost a carbon copy of the Peak Design Everyday Sling and is even called the same.

I would so watch this episode. 🖖

Oh and speaking of importing content from other platforms:
Stuff imported from Squarespace is a mess of div tags, specialised classes, and minified html. Compared to that the export from Ghost is downright clean and easy to manage.

I’m in the process of importing content from my previous blogs/sites to my Micro.blog page and I’m frustrated. Back years ago when I used Squarespace, I didn’t host images on a separate service and now those old images are all dead links.

Took possession of a roughly 25 years old MTB last week, to become my daily beater. Beautiful old piece of kit. What amuses me to no end, though, is how close the geometry resembles my modern gravel bike. Or rather the other way around. 🚲
